Laura Metrow, RMT
Upon graduating from Lethbridge College in 2011, with a diploma in Massage Therapy, I knew that my passion was to help people feel better and regain health. In my experience, I have come to discover that health is not limited to just one muscle or thing, but is a lifelong, full body journey.
I use my knowledge and experience with prenatal massage, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), myofascial release, cryotherapy, trigger point release, active release techniques, my knowledge of the mind-body connection, and sports massage to help you along your own personal journey to health.
My own personal journey to health includes drinking enough water and eating well. I receive regular chiropractic, massage and acupuncture treatments. In addition, I workout twice weekly, and try to maintain a balance of cardio and weights. I firmly believe you have to be able to have fun with whatever physical activity you do in order to reap the maximum benefits. For me, I enjoy doing the basics of ballet and weights in my slowly growing home gym.
