Dr. Tara Shiu

Dr. Tara graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She has practiced in both Australia and the United Kingdom.  

 

A native of Southern Ontario, she has adapted easily to her home in Calgary and life among the Rocky Mountains. Dr. Tara is a proud and passionate mother to Sorcha and Tierney.  Together with Dr. Seth they prioritize family first.

 

Dr. Tara is a former national level heptathlete, Captain of the University of Windsor Basketball Team, and lifelong sport enthusiast. This has helped form her connection to physical health as a doctor of chiropractic. She seeks overall wellness through a healthy diet, an active lifestyle, laughter, relaxation, and regular chiropractic care.  She is always eager to inspire others and encourages patients to ask questions and be involved in their own health care.  Dr. Tara has a passion for learning and strives to learn new things everyday.
